“Why did you do that?” said Fleur as they walked down the hallway. “I had to warn him. He’s going to lose his money. I didn’t think it was right not to.” “But in front of the whole class!” Aaden grinned. “They’ll forget it soon enough. They’re all too caught up in their own lives. But Masters won’t forget. The message was for him. It’s up to him what he does with it.” Fleur flashed a critical parent look. “You have to be more careful not to show your powers. People will fear you like you’re a freak, or they’ll hound you for predictions of the future.” CLICK HERE NOW TO READ MORE! “The incident happened in July 1947,” said Ben, pointing to one of the walls that started the timeline. “Although it has become known as the Roswell incident, the actual crash site was closer to a town called Corona. It’s seventy five miles from Roswell.” “So why do they call it the Roswell incident?” “It was the local Roswell Army Airfield that handled the investigation and collected the wreckage material. The original story mentions eyewitnesses. Two of these were a well known local business owner and his wife, who were sitting on the front porch of their home when they saw this object streaking across the sky at about four hundred to five hundred miles per hour. It was saucer shaped and about twenty to twenty-five feet across. Soon after that, a rancher found debris spread over a remote area of his ranch and contacted the local sheriff who then notified the Roswell Army Air base.” CLICK HERE NOW TO READ MORE! Aaden concentrated on the energy field surrounding the man, which was a pale lemon color, a much more refined aura than the murky red and green aura that surrounded Simon Damon. He thought of the time he’d woken up in hospital after the lightning strike. It was as though his whole world had opened up. He was able to see things that previously were hidden from him. Not only could he see energies surrounding people, he could also read those energies from the color and vibrancy of the energy fields. Every person was different. The color and the vibrancy of the colors surrounding each person were as diverse and individual as a person’s finger prints. He’d heard of auras previously but he’d always wondered whether it was just peoples’ imagination when they said they could actually see colors. Now that this world had opened up to him, he was fascinated by how diverse the colors were, with many variations resulting from the colors intertwining, creating different hues. Although amazed by his heightened awareness he hadn’t dared tell anyone about his experiences, especially those at the hospital, who would have immediately had him assessed for mental strain as a result of the accident. He hadn’t even told his parents. It was just Tiffany and Fleur who knew his secret. Even then he hadn’t been sure how much to tell them, because it wasn’t just his ability to see the auras, he was also able to read the person through their energy field. He wasn’t sure how it worked, but just by looking at the person he could tell everything about them. It was as though he was looking at an open book, reading their innermost secrets. With Brian Masters, he wasn’t sure what to say, or how much to say. “Sometimes,” he said, “I know things … that others don’t.”
He looked back down at the ground that seemed to be so far below him and his stomach turned. He always had that reaction whenever he was at height. He couldn’t remember any time in his earlier life that might explain his terrible fear of falling. From his earliest memories he’d always experienced this same sensation. The only thing he could think of to explain it was perhaps he’d fallen to his death in a past life. Even then he wasn’t sure whether past lives were a reality or not. He’d heard arguments for both views and he’d still not made up his mind. Was reincarnation a reality or an imaginary response from those who claimed to remember their past lives?
“It must be a trick of the light,” Fleur said. “That’s not possible. The power is out.” She looked again behind her, searching for anything that might be reflecting on the computer screen, creating the illusion of a face. Aaden also looked around, but he couldn’t find anything to explain the phenomenon. “Aaden … what is that?” she said, her voice a mix of curiosity and fear. “I have no idea, but I’m glad you can see it. I thought I was going crazy, my imagination playing tricks on me. But you see it, a face… right?” Fleur nodded slowly, transfixed by the loathsome image. He refused to take his eyes from the screen. Although he sensed Fleur’s nod, he wanted her assurance. “You’re seeing this, a face, right?” Fleur gasped, “Yeesss.” Studying the image, which was stronger than ever against the black background of the powerless computer screen, he thought, ‘Who are you?’ As if in answer to his thought, the facial features dissolved, the lines rearranging into letters, forming a word in the same dark reddish hue – Belial. At fifteen, Aaden is imbued with extraordinary powers when he is struck by lightning. Astounded by his metaphysical abilities he’s also confused by the disturbing vision of the apparition that appears before him at the time of his awakening. This is his story:
An independent reviewer described ‘Aaden BlueStar Awakening’ as “an imaginative, extremely creative story”. Another reviewer said, “the plot was unique. I have never read a book about a boy who got powers from a lightning strike, and it was a really cool concept. Another thing that was interesting about it was the fact that it centers around today’s environmental issues and shows some ways that might help fix them”.
Never feeling quite at home in this world, an ordinary boy discovers his extraterrestrial heritage and superhuman powers when he is confronted by an alien foe. This is his story: Discovering he is here on a time travel mission, his grip on reality is stretched when he realizes his father, who is running for president, is also not of this world. His best friend Fleur and his sister Tiffany are the only two he can confide in. Together with their extraterrestrial friends, they not only have to combat their alien foe, they also have to convince humanity to change their ways to prevent destroying their home through an environmental disaster. With climate change and extreme weather issues increasing in frequency and intensity, the clock is ticking! Click HERE NOW! Feel free to leave a comment and forward this on to your friends and family.
